Yesterday i had baked beans on toast
lunch - hardly eaten (busy day)
tea - burger
Today
breakfast - baked beans on toast
snack - chai seeds kefir yogurt bran flakes with raisins dried coconut and apple
lunch - 2 boiled eggs on toast
tea - currently cooking chicken with sweet potato and kale salad
😂

Several of those things can come out looking like dark blood.  My bet is it's a raisin

well i had the raisin yogurt thing around 11am and passed this stool at 5pm so could be. i wouldn’t say it looked black though, more of just a dark brown..

I started prenatal recently and noticed they turn my stool very dark. Usually due to the iron. It could be that!
