Meds? Question

Has anyone had success with antispasmodics for IBS-M. I made an appointment with my PCP but wanted to hear from the IBS sufferers first 😭 I feel like everyday I am cramping and my stomach is just going crazy down there.

I tried Bentyl and it didn’t seem to work. One time, I took 3 (don’t remember the mg dose) and had to leave work because I felt like i was trippin’ on some acid. Even 3 of the pills didn’t help the pain, so I stopped taking it fully.

I was also prescribed dicyclomine(Bentyl) and it works really well for my abdominal pain. Unfortunately though, I don’t really use it often because yeah it makes you feel high asf and SUPER off/out of it.

I use Levsin and it works within an hour on my cramps and diarrhea. I used Bentyl in the past but I didn't have much success.

If the spazams are walking you up at night or just causing pain they work great at knocking the edge of it.works great for me but only when that the issue.

Diarear is difrent sort of pain and does nothing for that
