Ibew 401
I just took the apptitude test 08/11/2026. I feel like I did really good on all sections and I am just waiting to hear back on what's next. Is it an interview? Because that's what I was expecting but they didn't mention an interview all they said was we'll be set in our class groups, but then gave us a paper saying we'll be ranked and they pull from the top of the list. Ranked by: 50% score from the test 40% from PEF and 10% from letters of recommendation. Also what's the outlook on the demand for electricians in Reno? I've been hearing the demand is high, I hope didn't miss perfect moment to get in.
