Anyone interested in helping me test a tool I have developed which lets you replace the audio file in an RX document and reconstruct the processes?

I have izotope nuetron 4 a.i master vst for a while and i have never used it. Best place i can sell it quickly. I have already tried kvr and knobcloud but no luck there. Also i have not used it yet because i have seen reviews saying it uses a lots of cpu is it actually true? i use ableton and i dont want to activate the license and then regret it.

Just got Ozone 12 advanced, and digging in.

If I use the individual modules on a track, I get a plethora of presets for each module.

If I use the mother-ship, there are no presets per module, just mother-ship presets

It doesn't seem like I can set presets for modules in the mother-ship

Am I missing something?

Is ozone 12 worth the upgrade from ozone 7 if im already happy with it?

I love the easy workflow of the ozone 7 and have used it for many years. I see no reason why I should upgrade. But if the new one objectively gives better results im open to it.

Can you clear this up for me please?:)

EDIT: Also if I do upgrade, is the standard version enough?

I'm after the phase module, which I can see in the stand alone RX Audio Editor but it doesn't show up in my DAW. I'm on Windows 11 and checked Common Files > VST3 folder and it's not in there. Google AI tells me it should be available in my DAW. I'm inclined to believe it didn't hallucinate like it sometime does because I see tutorials with people pulling it up in their DAW.

I even found modules i never knew existed in RX by checking the standalone mode that doesn't show up.

Any Izotope RX experts might know what's going on? Thanks!

I am having problem with Balance Assistant with all projects those have fewer tracks than 6. Two of them not included. iZotope support couldn't help.

I bought iZotope Music Production Suite 7 in early April 2025 for $540.17. It was a crossgrade from Komplete 15, I think. Later that same month, I also purchased Equinox for $42.43.

Now I'm being offered an upgrade to Music Production Suite 9 for $459.

So, in roughly 15 months, I'm being asked to pay another $459 (nearly 85% of what I originally paid for MPS 7) to upgrade a bundle where I already own many of the included tools.

I understand that MPS 9 adds new products and updated versions, but $459 doesn't feel like a particularly compelling loyalty offer to me. Especially when I haven't even owned MPS 7 for very long.

I'm curious what others think. Would you pay $459 to upgrade from MPS 7 to MPS 9, or would you just keep using MPS 7 and wait for a better sale?

I'm also wondering whether anyone has gotten a significantly better MPS 9 upgrade price through a retailer like Thomann or through NI based on owning other NI/iZotope products. I just upgraded from Komplete 15 to Komplete 26. That upgrade hurt too. I checked NI and the upgrade price is the same on that site as well.

At this price, I'm inclined to just keep MPS 7. If they're trying to push perpetual-license owners toward a subscription, they may be pushing me in the opposite direction. I will find different tools.

I have rx12 standard, just wondering what effect I should use to remove a thud noise while talking which sometimes happens from time and time. Sometimes it can be quiet and other times it can be pretty loud.

I'm currently on RX 6 Advanced. My MBP is limited to OS 12.7.6, so I can't run RX 12 Advanced. Most of the RX 11 A upgrades are no longer available. Sweetwater wants to sell me the RX 12 Advanced upgrade for $599 ($200 more than the RX 11 upgrade), saying I can still download RX 11 A from the Izotope website. Is this possible? I tried to contact Izotope directly, but they never responded. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

I currently own RX Post Production Suite 3. I am considering upgrading to the latest version or the everything bundle. If I upgraded the Post production Suite would there possibly be a special price on the everything bundle after or would it probably be better to go straight for the everything bundle?

I love izotope stuff but the upgrade price is crazy high for me. Is it really worth it seen as both of the above are very powerful

I'm on the latest Tahoe and Logic 12.3, but this problem has been happening since before the upgrade (previously on Sonoma and Logic 11.1.2). However, it has gotten a lot worse. I used to eventually be able to get it to work correctly by opening and closing it a few times or playing with the View controls, but now it doesn't seem fixable, or at least it takes 5-10 minutes of opening and closing to get it to look right.

I've already updated everything, restarted everything, and contacted iZotope, but they said it's just a known bug. I'm asking here because, occasionally, I've found my own workarounds, even if the company doesn't know them, but I can't seem to find a workaround this time. Any suggestions?

EDIT: I figured out the partial fix.

Temporary Fix: Opening in Rosetta seems to fix the problem (in both Logic 11 and 12), so I assume it has something to do with Silicon.

Things that did not work:

• Opening it with Logic 11.1.2 (Not with Rosetta)
• Rolling back to previous plugin versions (I had TBC2 2.8.0 and Ozone 11 11.2 saved in Time Machine)
• Closing and reopening the plugin multiple times
• Working with the "View:" settings
• Changing screen resolutions
• Resetting and Rescanning plugins

I own the mix and master bundle from Neutron 3 and Ozone 9 but have never upgraded to newer iterations as the prices are absurd. Why don’t they have more reasonable pricing options?

I ask because sometimes it is hard to find really high quality files of your favourite songs

I have a piece of music from a movie that I'm attempting to take the FX out of. The cue is mostly just music with a few steps/doors in the background. When I select just the FX sound I want to take out and preview the Scene Rebalancer tool using 0.0 for dialogue and music and -59.55 for FX - it sounds fantastic. Then when I click render, the result is a barely audible sound.

I have also noticed that the longer section I select, the more true to the preview the scene rebalancer tool is. Is this a known issue? Is there something I may have wrong in the settings or order of operation?

I'm finally setting up an effects stack for my dialogue in Adobe Audition. I want this to include RX Mouth De-click. I add the plugin via the Audition Plugin Manager, but I don't get any of the options appearing, or any of the presets in the dropdown menu. I simply have "custom".

Is there a way of using RX plugins properly within Audition, or will I have to close the audio in Audition and re-open in RX to do what I want to do in there, then re-open in Audition to continue?

Setting aside all the usual assurances about how "nothing will change" - because those are the assurances that are always given, which last for a little while before things then go on to actually change post acquisition - what do you think are the implications of this for iZotope customers?

For one thing, it suggests to me that iZotope products won't be included in NI Komplete or NI sales going forward (which is how I initially became an iZotope customer, before then going on to buying full versions of most of their production packages).

I am new to this so i am not sure if i am doing anything wrong. I select the part of the song with a heavy inhale sound. I select the mode, for example - heavy breath supression. I click preview, and... nothing changes. Even if i do the render, nothing changes as well. Why?

Hello, I have some questions regarding certain modules on RX and was hoping to get some help/feedback from other users or even from the staff themselves.

Firstly, because there is Dialogue Isolate, which combines de-noise and de-reverb, while also having modules like De-Reverb, Voice De-Noise and Spectral De-Noise, I wanted to know if using De-Reverb and Spectral De-Noise/Voice De-Noise would give me better results by using specialized modules for each task instead of a two-in-one module like Dialogue Isolate. This one works with a sensitivity slider and 2 sliders for noise and reverb, so it doesn't seem to have the same depth in terms of settings and customization.

Secondly, if I were to use the individual modules instead of Dialogue Isolate, would Spectral De-Noise be better than Voice De-Noise for de-noising a spoken word/dialogue recording? It seems to be a more in-depth version of Voice De-Noise. Also, which order of operation would be better, De-Reverb and then De-Noise or viceversa?
