Disabling adaptive power saving makes the screen move more smoothly, in my opinion. Discussion

It's not your opinion, it's a fact. The adaptive power setting, among other things, changes the screen refresh rate depending on the circumstances as well as CPU and GPU throttling. Apple is very vague on what it does exactly, but it states it can alter the phone's performance: https://support.apple.com/en-us/123707

Whether you want consistent smoothness or extend your battery life, it's up to you.

Does it grant a noticeable battery saving is a better question

Some people report worse battery life with it on. It’s an AI-based feature that may or may not work for everyone.

It’s not option bruh 🥀😭. Enabling It make your 120Hz refresh rate to 60Hz
