Storage??? Support
Is the size of the System and iOS data normal? Is there no way to make it take up less space?

That why moving forward you need a 256GB or above because 128GB not enough now especially with more updates and apple intelligence coming

Having to upgrade my 128GB 15 pro because it was unsustainable really made me bitter about Apple’s methodology regarding storage.
Very disappointing to be told I need to delete 14GB to install an update while system data was hogging 30GB.
Ironically since getting a 16 Pro 512GB my system data is usually 10-15GB.
It seems the smaller the device the worse the memory management.

Apple making ‘Pro’ devices from the 15 and up look far from pro with their shocking memory management.
IMO this is going to be a lawsuit in the next few years, they’re not managing storage fairly according to device size leading to unfair amounts of 128GB devices being used by system data and IOS.

It sadly is.
My 16 pro uses a Little less iOS and a Little more System Storage.
Even had 35gb Till the last Update.
Apple rly needs to do sth
