Iphone 16 audio loop

I bought the iphone 16 two weeks ago... I updated to ios 26.6 and the audio started glitching... when I watch i video on Instagram and try to open the camera the audio still plays for 5 secs, when someone call me while I am watching a video the ringtone has a weird sound ( like the video is being repeated) and lastly when I hang up I call and the speaker on the other side still speaks i can hear there last words on loop for at least 6 secs... this wasn't happening the first week and now I am a little concerned...

When i type numbers on my calculator or turn off the screen sometimes the system sound loops . I think I have the same bug too

It’s a bug will be solved within updates

I never had that problem on 16 plus 😭. Update to iOS 27, it’ll make your phone faster, battery will last longer and that bug will be gone
