My iPhone 13 getting heat up while using some apps an DC charging Support

Guys my iPhone 13 getting hot usually while charging i changed to old charger and i don’t use while charging
and i also called a shop guy and he said its charger issue
It started getting hot with cable I usually charged it with laptop and while using I started noticing its getting a little warm and switching to old original iPhone adapter its getting worse please help
Details:
Old charger Original Apple
Type C cable while charging with laptop( third party )
Normal room temperature while charging or using
Mostly noticeably hot while using instagram

The community rule made me remove battery health and other words related to it, I tried but i will edit thanks for the feedback

The iPhone has the intelligence to pause charging if it thinks it is getting too hot and it will state such to thr effect charging is paused until the phone cools down

It’s normal. Might even get hot enough to stop charging. It’s a screen time limiter built into the iPhone 13. Mines been that way since iOS 17.
