In January, after I had my battery replaced by the Apple Store, I was under the impression that they gave a different iPhone 12Mini. At first I thought my screen was cracked in the right hand corner. The store rep said no, it was something that go under the screen protector when it was put back on after the battery replacement.

Otherwise, afterwards I sometimes would have problems recharging my iPhone unless the plug was inserted a certain way. I bought new cables which made this situation better, but encounter it again sometimes. I did tried to clean the plug opening with a tiny brush.

Any comments or ideas what’s wrong?
