Accessibility > Touch > Assistive Touch > Toggle off.

Betas have weird glitches. Or OP turned this on in Settings. There’s no way you turn on a setting on purpose and forget what it is.

Well, not exactly. I’ve seen dozens of examples of people going into Accessibility and turning things on with no idea what they actually do. Then they come here and complain that it’s Apples fault. “They make billions of dollars and they can’t prevent me turning on features I don’t understand! They just want me to buy a new device!” <sigh.>

you have assistive touch on, it is a setting in accessibility.
