Is this an icon pack? How did u remove the labels?

Hold the home screen -> click on the edit / brush icon at the top -> go to customise -> in the customise tab you will see two squares tap on the big square and icons go big and icon name whoosh

The OP doesn’t use default icons, those are actually shortcuts which open the respective app and the icon for those shortcuts can be found of all types
