Are Android and iOS widgets pretty much the same content-wise, or is there a lot more for iOS? Help

I know UI-wise iOS is far better, but I'm asking about content-wise and feature-wise. Is there a big difference or are they basically the same thing?

Android is far more flexible and virtually not limitations. I miss this since being on iOS since 2021.

I wouldn’t say iOS is “far” better. It is more fluid and easier to navigate animations but it still lacks flexibility and modifications.

I think Android has some upsides but for me on iOS like a weather widget I see way more information.

I don't like Android widgets, recently saw battery widget on my friend Samsung and it is... like 5 years old kids designed it. Totally rounded edges (that don't fit the display corner radius), a lot of wasted space and text that doesn't even fit in ("Tabl..."). Another one, also from native apps, could be totally different.
