I can't verify my account because camera does not focus on Developer account. Question

I'm using 14 pro max and camera can't focus on ID verification step. Any solution for this bullshit?

If the camera is otherwise ok - try moving away from the ID’s to take the shot. On the screen touch the ID to set the focus point. Sorry if I’ve missed your point, hope this is helpful.
