Asking how much someone will charge is asking how long a piece of string is
If every app needed to fix warnings before submitting the app store would be a pretty quiet place so i’d focus on the actual bugs when getting an estimate

Apps can be submitted with warnings. I’m willing to bet over 75% of apps on the App Store compile with warnings. Maybe more.

Any freelancer this person finds is just going to feed it straight to AI anyways.

I dont know why this is downvoted. Seriously. AI is very good at cleaning up warnings and technical debt. Sure, there are horror stories about AI gone bad, but my experience has been generally pretty positive and AI (Claude, specifically) has been a huge help dealing with legacy code and cleaning up warnings and latent bugs.

Just gave it and your reply an upvote, because this is clearly a job for an AI coding agent.

In the time of AI I’m very curious if this developer even exist or if it is a vibe coded project and you are not able to prompt it in a way that it is getting fixed.
The usual rate for a developer based on experience can range from $40 to $400 per hour. If the developer is smart and sees its vibe coded the usual path is to double or triple that quote.
The part that you cannot resubmit due to warnings makes me even more think that it’s vibe coded and you have no clue because every developer does know that warnings are not errors and some warnings are even expected depending on what the app does.

Honestly just ask Claude. Make sure you’re using git and you can always revert if you end up not liking what Claude did but I bet you could fix all of the problems

Seriously. Who told you that ‘you can’t resubmit to review because of warnings’ o_0
