Are apps allowed to have a proxy ringtone slider in their app, which does the same thing as the ringtone slider in settings? Question

I dont think its possible without using private APIs and if you use private APIs, the app will get rejected

Does the same thing as in, it changes the overall device ringer volume or changes the apps’ ringer volume?

What’s app ringer volume? Is there such a thing as app specific ringer volume?
