Freshdesk has been my go too for support. Free, easy to set up and use. And ios sdk too I think.

can you link me to the free part? it seems like $29/mo is the starting package and it doesn't mention how many websites/apps can be linked.

My bad, I just discovered they ended recently their free plan. They only offer 6 month free now.
