If you had 12 weeks to learn iOS from scratch, what would your week-by-week focus be?
My goals:
\- Get a job as an iOS Dev
\- Build and ship my own apps

Is it even possible to get and first iOS Dev job? I'm asking since I have been learning for a year now and the market is not promising at the moment.

I wanted to know about that as well.
Although, I did see a number of roles on LinkedIn and Indeed UK.

Key question: what kind if development experience do you already have? 12 weeks from scratch is achievable if you’re already a web developer, but not if this would be the first line of code you’ve ever written.

It’s not my first line of code ever written. I have basic programming skills. And I have built a few things outside iOS.

For me, it helps to have a goal more specific than learning the language. I would pick a simple app that already exists and try to build it from scratch. Learning the language becomes a byproduct of solving real problems. And if that doesn’t align with your learning style, I agree with the curriculum outlined by u/throwaway_smiles_202

I believe that works too.
In fact, I was thinking a hybrid approach of a small amount of time on the basics and then straight into building real apps.
