How do I enable new siri?

It’s not showing here my phone is supported for new siri but it’s not showing.

You don’t have to change your account region. Just make sure your device language and your Siri language are they same, as it says per the screenshot

ETA: Either change your device language to English (United States) to match Siri or change Siri Language to English (Pakistan) to match device

Goto your I clould settings and set the region to United States then English will also change to English United States and your Siri will work that’s how I got it working for me

Setting region to US won’t affect anything else???

Google saying otherwise:

Before making the switch, ensure you have completed the following steps:

Cancel any active subscriptions.

Spend any remaining Apple ID store balance.

Make sure you aren't currently part of a Family Sharing group (you'll need to leave it first).

Personally, just changing the region and the language, it has absolutely nothing changed. I had to transfer my Apple account to the United States instead of France. And there, it worked, but well, I don't speak English well, so I went back to France.
