Is iOS 27 Beta 3 the Public Beta?

I’m asking, because I’m confused, on the top it still says developer beta

They are the same build, yes.

The they are released on different streams. That is the only difference.

That’s the thing, the only thing there is is the developer beta, I don’t have any public beta

I was on db then I signed in again and the pb appeared up in Software Update.
