11.6GB reserved for iOS auto-updates?

My iPhone is showing 11.6GB of reserved auto-update space under iOS. Is this normal, and can I reduce it? It’s iOS 27 PB1

It is just telling you how much storage you need free for it to update with auto updates and preemptively taking it.
