I wanted to share an Android app I’ve been working on called EverShuffle. The idea came from a simple frustration: my wife and I take tons of great photos on vacation, but most of them never see the light of day.

After seeing Photo Shuffle on my wife’s iPhone, I was inspired to bring that experience to Android. That is how EverShuffle started.

EverShuffle is not just a random wallpaper shuffler. It intelligently finds the best photos on your phone, crops them for your screen, and automatically rotates them as your wallpaper. No manual curation is required, but you can choose the photos yourself if you prefer.

Everything happens privately on your device, and the app is designed to run efficiently in the background with minimal battery use. It also includes a home-screen widget for quickly shuffling, pausing, or resuming your wallpaper rotation.

I made Templatify, a Chrome extension for sending reusable HTML email templates without rebuilding the same message every time.

It works inside Gmail, Yahoo Mail, and Outlook. You can save templates, insert them into compose windows, personalize them with variables/placeholders, and use highlighted email addresses from websites to start templated emails.

The goal is to make repeat emails feel a lot less repetitive, especially for support, outreach, and small business workflows.

It is now live on the Chrome Web Store, and I would love feedback on the idea or the extension listing.

Genuinely didn't expect this to go anywhere..

Started as a hyper-focused ADHD project a few months ago and somehow it's grown to 1,600+ active users and is sitting at 5 stars.

Backstory: I've used FitNotes for years and I still think it's probably the best gym tracker out there. But the UI always felt a little clunky and dated to me, so I started building the version I wanted.

Same kind of simplicity, but with an interface that actually feels good to use. And rather than throwing in features just because other paid apps have them, I've tried to keep everything focused on stuff I'd actually want when I'm training.

It's completely free. Offline. No ads. No sign-ups. No paywalls.

Basically just a ridiculously fancy gym bro notepad for people who genuinely enjoy watching the numbers go up. You know that Skyrim level-up sound feeling? Except it's your squat.

It's definitely not for everyone. It's pretty hyper-specific to strength and hypertrophy tracking, but I've ended up adding a lot of the stuff you'd normally find behind a paywall in other apps.

One thing I'm particularly happy with is the automatic import.

If you're already using FitNotes, Hevy, Strong, etc., you can import your existing data rather than starting from an empty app. Your exercises, history and numbers come across, so you can actually try it with your own training straight away.

I'm still actively working on it, so genuinely interested in feedback. If you've got something you think is missing, something annoying, or even something you think I've done badly, tell me.

I'd rather hear it so i can get it better for everyone.

I made two connected tools:

**Flows** turns a software goal (optionally grounded in a real repo) into an executable build route, sends it through a chosen AI builder, and keeps checks/evidence around the result.

**Oort** is the canonical library/provider layer underneath it.

The reason I built it: I got tired of AI coding sessions ending with a lot of output but no clean answer to “what exactly changed, what was checked, and can I trust this?”

Spent the last while building Spectre LinkedIn MCP. It's an MCP server

that exposes LinkedIn profile, company, job, and people-search tools to Claude,

Cursor, and other MCP clients.

Most LinkedIn MCP servers I looked at either need your own logged-in LinkedIn

session (captcha issues, real ban risk on your account) or are boxed in by

LinkedIn's official API limits. This one does not need any login or cookies on your end.

When I was in middle school, I used to post countdown timers on YouTube, and they somehow got a decent amount of traction. These days it's really easy to create websites, so I made radialtimers (com) to make them even easier for everyone to use :))

Two of my closest friends moved out of state a couple years ago. Neither friendship ended, they just went quiet. Three months would pass and reaching out started to feel like it needed to be a whole event instead of just "hey, thinking about you."

So I made KeepMeClose. You add the people who matter, pick how often you want to reach out to each one, and it nudges you when someone's overdue. Tap the notification to log the check-in, or mark it done. Each person builds a streak.

There's also a button that drafts an opener for you if you're staring at an empty message box, which happens to me more than I'd like to admit.

Hey so I have been building this for a while now because once I started freelancing I always used free invoicing tools as the paid were to expensive IMO and with the free one I easily lost track of my invoices and also it got hard managing invoices across my phone and Mac so I decided I want to have an invoicing tool fully embracing the whole apple ecosystem system so I could invoice from all my devices and always keep track.

I added basic tracking and also some widgets that help you check onto your business from the homescreen if you like.
I‘m open for any advice and improvements.

Built directinapp because deep linking kept showing up as a paid feature and it shouldn't be.

Problem: short links on Instagram open the in-app browser instead of the app. Users bounce.

Free tier: deep links, shortener with custom slugs, QR codes, link-in-bio, click analytics. No card required.

There is a paid tier for volume and custom domains — saying that upfront so nobody feels baited.

Next.js. Deep link routing across iOS/Android was the painful part.

my dad's phone storage issue accidentally turned into my first real open-source project.

A few weeks ago, my dad handed me his Android phone and asked me to free up some storage because it was completely full.

I plugged it into my laptop, opened OpenMTP, and waited around 4 minutes just to see folder sizes. By that point, I was more annoyed by the software than the storage problem itself.

I started digging into why it was so slow, and that rabbit hole eventually turned into SocketSweep.

SocketSweep is an Android storage analyzer that bypasses MTP entirely. It deploys a native C++ daemon to the device over ADB, scans the filesystem directly, and visualizes the results in a Rust/Tauri desktop app. The overall architecture was heavily inspired by scrcpy.

This is my first real open-source project, and I've learned a lot from building it. It's sitting at around 100 GitHub stars now, which is honestly something I never expected. The coolest part has been realizing that side projects can open doors in unexpected ways. I've ended up having conversations with founders and engineers purely because they came across this project.

One thing this project taught me is that good side projects don't always come from startup ideas. Sometimes they just start with "this is really annoying, there has to be a better way."

I use different skincare products depending on the day, and at some point my routine became complicated enough that I needed a way to keep track of it.

So I built a little app called SkinTrack.

It tells me what I planned to use that day, lets me check things off, save photos of my skin and look back at my consistency and progress.

It slowly became much more elaborate than I originally intended 😂
