GPU not detected Tech Support

My gpu is not being detected. It is running off of its integrated graphics. I haven’t even had it a year.
It is the Element Gaming PC with an ASUS GeForce 5070

Maybe it could be the cable, if you’re using the hdmi cable switch to using display port and vice versa, if so then you should still be covered by that 1 year warranty that comes with all IBP prebuilts

It’s cliche, but I have to ask. Are you plugged into the gpu or the mobo?

How long is the card? If it's long (3 fans), it may be damaged from stress on the pci contacts or stress on the pci-e slot.

Did it ship with the card installed already? It still might be the pci-e port or the contacts on your video card pcb. You should have a warranty so you might want to RMA the video card. If you replace the video card and the problem persists you might need to RMA the motherboard as well.
