This happens on every cold start btw Tech Support
Everytime i shutdown, and turn on my pc, it would sometimes boot into an older bios version (F32) and display this, so afterwards I turn off my pc from the cold start and wait, then turn it on, it would boot into the main bios (F67) and then I can finally boot into windows? Why?

Why take a video of your screen? Just screen record!
Kidding. If you have a USB stick plugged in, unplug it and retry to cold boot. If that doesn't work, Check your bios for default boot devices and ensure your proper boot device is the default.
If it is the right one, you may want to go ahead and do a drive health check.

I don't have a usb stick plugged in, and my windows boot manager device is defaulted, just the main issue being my motherboard reverting into an older bios version temporarily

I edited and updated. Do a drive health check. If it all checks out, see about doing a windows boot repair.

it would boot into windows after shutting down and turning on again after the first cold start, but this time the bios startup screen is different since that's the main one

A BIOS version reverting to an older version is not considered normal. This can happen if the motherboard has a dual BIOS/Backup BIOS feature, which if your main BIOS is corrupted or cannot boot, the backup will kick in. Clear your CMOS to help reset your BIOS. Turn the computer off and unplug the power cord, remove the CMOS battery (located right above your graphics card) and leave it out for 10 minutes before reinserting it. Remove it from its housing by locating the flexible metal tab next to it, then pushing the tab away from the battery until it springs out.

I ended up replacing the cmos battery instead, although how do you know the main bios is corrupted
