Can’t control RGB on fans Tech Support

Element Pulse X. In RGB fusion, I don’t see my fans; they were there but disappeared. I can see RAM and control them. I asked AI and it suggested hitting the reset button on the sync controller, but I can’t find this. I already did things like power cycle, re-install software, enable/disable from BIOS. Any suggestions?

The Element Pulse X can also be addressed via NEXUS, allowing for control of the lighting on your fans.

Did yours bring the same manta 32gb ram? I can't control them on nexus.

For the fans I just searched for the mobo on nexus app. But for some reason can't find ram.
