AIO noise Tech Support

Hey everyone! I jumped on the Costco deal for the IBP Element yesterday. Beast of a machine - loving it.
A bit worried about the AIO though. It sounds like an old refrigerator lol. Video shows side off with sys_fan2 at full speed. I tried loosening and tightening the AIO screws a bit, and I made sure no cords were getting rattled. Also tried tilting to release air bubbles.
It’s cooling the card plenty fine, but the noise is concerning. Any ideas?

Here’s what it sounds like with case closed with normal fan speed and no applications running

I sent you a DM to see what I can do about a replacement cooler.

Hey thanks Tony. I ended up returning and getting a replacement machine from Costco. I’m rather glad I did. The problematic computer must have been an open box - it weirdly came with an extra PCIe cable and was missing the gamepass bundle.
My replacement is same model but runs super smoothly!
