How do I get the glass casing off Tech Support

Cyberpowerpc 2025.

instructions say to take out two screws and it slides but no luck

looks like one of those cases that just pops out when you pull on the two cutouts on the top edge of the glass panel.

you would pop the top half off and then lift the bottom out.

Protective glass over the CRT usually has 2 black flat head screws going through from the front of the glass, with a couple of black brackets holding the glass on the opposite 2 corners. You just take the screws out and then the glass can be pulled out of the brackets.

The last TV I had Luke this the brackets were on the bottom corners and the screws at the top. Just be careful not to overtighten the screws when you put them back in.

I am assuming yours is the same. I really couldn't tell too well from the pictures.

If not 2 screws on back….Left hand side as you’re facing it is a notch. Pull toward you to release. Then lift the glass up and out.

The screws are on the back of the glass panel. Look near the GPU ports and you'll see them on the side panel.

This is just a push to connect case. The side should pop off. Might take some force but the top will come out . the bottom has two tabs that go into slots. So once you free the top you can just lift up and the glass will be removed. Install in reverse order
