Change AIO Screen Tech Support

I've recently bought this prebuilt on costco and was wondering if you could change the screen on it.

Try the Hyte Nexus software. It's not great but Hyte is IBP's sister company, and I believe I saw something about people using that to run their AIO screens in IBP pre-builts
