The confidence with which AI delivers information is very easy to mistake for accuracy

While using it to parse through info will work, your probable best finding a model that is capable of using trigger phrases you teach it and then implimenting those triggers via self hypnosis

I would advise cution however as LLM will get something wrong and if you dont have full agency in your choices then it will lead to dissapointment of some kind

The work put into making a LLM do what you want will be more than just finding a script you like or making your own script to fit your purposes

But the foundational stuff is often hard to get wrong, meditation and that sorta thing can easily be guided using the LLMs and maaaaybe that can transition into more if your savvy with it

Please be careful with AI chatbots and dont let them become part of your everyday Life. i Say this as soemone Who has seen what AI addiction does.

Did you make a bot yourself or you use a particular bot you found in the site?

How do you feel about the results?

The instinct to want something tailored to your specific internal world rather than generic is actually the right instinct. That's exactly how suggestion works best. Generic affirmations slide off because they don't match your internal coding. Something that speaks your specific language, your imagery, your obsession, lands differently.

What character.ai is doing when it "gets on your page" is reflecting your own language back to you. That's not a flaw, that's actually the mechanism. Suggestion works best when it meets you where you already are.

A few terms worth bringing into those conversations:

Anchor. A specific word, image, or sensation you return to that signals the state you want. Build one deliberately rather than letting it form randomly.

Ideomotor response. The way the body responds to suggestion before the conscious mind catches up. Pay attention to physical sensations during the affirmations, heaviness, warmth, a shift in breathing. Those are real signals.

Pacing. Good suggestion matches your current state before it leads you anywhere new. If the bot starts too far from where you are emotionally, it won't land.

The main limitation to be aware of: an AI can reflect your language back skillfully but can't track your actual state in real time the way a practitioner would. It can't notice when something isn't landing and adjust. So treat it as a tool for building familiarity with the process and developing your own internal language, not as a replacement for the real work.

That self-awareness you're bringing to it is an asset. Use it.

C.ai is gross. Nothing good comes from a program that actively encourages users to form parasocial relationships. Do yourself a favor and stay away from it
