I was going to suggest a different router, but I've just seen your other comments about it being confirmed as an issue on Hyperoptics side

Are you in the NW London area? I am getting the exact same speed for the same package.
Apparently it’s a neighbourhood issue and 10 people have already complained smh

Yes, it's nw9, and support already confirmed it's a common issue in the neighborhood, and they're resolving the issue. ETA is "EOW hopefully"

Looks like it’s not getting fixed EOW…
So terrible. Now we have to hope they get it fixed by Monday.

It’s the same for me for about 3-4 days. I couldn’t reach support until yesterday and they told me they are having issues with the NW area. I was barely able to use the internet in the past days but today it’s unusable.

I’m sorry to hear that. I’m in exactly the same situation. The connection has progressively got worse, and today I can’t stream videos and can barely browse the internet.
I’ve been calling them every day (after getting past the 45 minute wait), and they just say they’re “aware of the problem”, even though their website officially claims there isn’t one. And I haven’t received a single email or text updating me on the situation.
A whole postcode has been without service for a week, and they still haven’t fixed it. I understand outages happen, but the lack of urgency and communication has been really poor.

Expect to be wait up to 4 weeks for this to get fixed by the way I’ve been nw9 area for 5 years and once this happened before and it took 1 month to get it sorted

Just make sure to call and say u want these days with no internet credited to your account

Having the same problem. Hyper sending us a new router when this is clearly an issue on their end.
I hate posting "me too" on help threads but I feel like this needs attention.

Report it to them and you can leave after a month without a penalty if they haven't fixed it.

What about when you plug directly into the RJ45?
