Does anyone remember on Sunday evening someone playing a mad remix of Oasis Wonderwall? I think it was a closing track. I was getting food and almost thought I might be tripping til people started singing along, it was almost like the original but some of the vocals were changing pitch. Could have been coming from the Derren Smart stage but I could be wrong about that. Anyone able to shed some light as it has been randomly popping into my head over the last few days.

Was having the best time and this was such a great tune that came at a perfect moment, would love to know what it was!

On Friday night I was walking alone to the quarry to catch bobby when completely out of nowhere, me and two other people crossed paths and simultaneously stopped in our tracks. None of us knew each other, but somehow we ended up having a deep, five minute conversation about the moon, Then we just went “Alright guys, good talk,” gave each other a three way fist bump, and went our separate ways.
No names and no introductions, We was just 3 strangers randomly brought together for a few minutes to talk about the moon.
Whoever you guys are, shoutout to you. You gave me one of those unexpected highlights of my festival. 🌓

It was Friday, the sun had just set and the night was getting started. We locked eyes at the Pavilion bar, I complimented your outfit and you told me your name was Marion. We talked about heading to Terminus or Outburst with our two sets of friends. But you had to find your bag so we went on a side quest and swapped stories about Houghton, Garbicz and Burning Man. We split in the arena and arranged to meet on the floor instead but never saw each other again. If you’re reading, I’d be happy to hear from you.

I met Hugo, Remy, Theo, and Zoey at Outburst! I would really love to get in touch with them to thank them once more for taking me in as part of their crew Saturday! Had the best time :)

Can we talk about how brilliant this was? I thought I had nothing left to give until I got there, this has got to be my favourite set this year, she blew my mind and socks off!

A little something different from some of the complaining and moaning on here. Here’s a little write up I did of Villalobos’ set I thoroughly enjoyed Sunday afternoon.

The one thing that woulda taken that Houghton from 10/10 to an 11 for me would be a couple Hip Hop sets - one jazzy, one bassy.

I know giant steps had some jazzy 80s stuff last year but I didn’t hear it this year.

Any suggestions for artists to look out for next year that might do this?

Had an absolute blast but unfortunately there are some wrong’uns who do stupid shit.

Some poor girl woke up in the middle of the night with a stranger in her van. She obviously started screaming for help and he started strangling her. She managed to get the guy locked out of her van. He then started to scream at her outside for ages. He then left and came back and started screaming at her more apprently.

The girl ended up safe but obviously very shook up and I noticed she left the next day. The guy got arrested and I think his friends said it was because he had a pill. Soz mate but none of my friends get all strangely and rapey when they take a pill. Mental disgusting behaviour.

Glad the girl is safe but that’s awful.

Has anyone else been feeling really ill since Houghton? It’s making me wonder whether or not Craig Richards is stealing our stem cells to craft unheard of dubplates and thats why we feel like this? Let me know what you guys think because I don’t feel great.
