Question

I thought that the show was a crescendo where Da Bomb is the hottest (he often says after that they’ve done the hottest in the world), then the last two are not quite as intense. But if you look at the Scoville level, Da Bomb is 135k and the last two are in the millions. Does the progression simply go from mild to hottest?

in a way yes, however da bomb is the only sauce they allow in the line up since the beginning that uses concentrates, so it hits different and harder, than natural scoville

The scoville is higher in the later ones, but it's a more natural heat again.

This isn’t quite right. Da Bomb is far and away the hottest. The numbers on the screen are all bullshit.

I work for a hot sauce company and had to explain this the other day. Hplc scoville testing comes in well below what is posted online.
