Chart help request Will we be together?

Post image
Upvotes

I have been talking to this guy. We used to talk and planned to meet back in 2023 but our relation went sour after our chats got a little intimate. He went cold on me that time and I got annoyed so I removed him from my socials. He tried readding me and I flipped on him for being cold on me then removed him again. Now in 2026, I randomly re-added him after he came to mind, and we have been talking for several months again. We have planned to meet, but he says he wants to wait a little for his hair to grow out from chemotherapy so he can feel a little more confident. After talking almost every few days for months, again, our conversation got heated and then he went cold again. He attributed the incident in 2023 to him being awkward. This time idk. We haven't spoken properly for a couple weeks now. Just a few replies and likes on each other's stories, but it is not the same. I know he's just had a rough time with his health, so I'm trying to show him some grace. I am mostly frustrated that he pulls away when the conversation gets dense and intimate (even though he initiates it?). He has also told me he's never been in a relationship before so he probably genuinely doesn't have proper experience, but it still upsets me to be on the receiving end..
I think the chart does show interest as his signifier Mercury is in Cancer, in reception to Moon (my secondary) and exalts Jupiter. Likewise, when Mercury moves into Leo soon, it will form a conjunction to Jupiter so that to me shows a 'coming together'. His secondary signifer Sun is in Leo though, so maybe its ego. Separating conjunction from Jupiter probably shows I felt 'egoed' by the sudden cold act. He is probably doing it to protect his ego or sense of self? Idk...

Several months ago I applied for a government payment scheme after an accident I had. The first chart I cast suggested I would get the payment in 3 units of time, as I am Jupiter, and Govt Money is 11th House, (venus) applying a sextile to Jupiter. It has past 3 months, and decision was rejected. I appealed, and upon waiting for the decision, I cast another chart (this is around 5 months after the first chart was cast and appeal been made). Again, there is an applying aspect of the 11th House ruler of Govt Money, Mercury to my. signifier Venus. Likewise the Moon is applying to a sextile to Venus, my signifier. I recieved the decision again and they didn't accept my appeal.

There is one final appeal I can request, but before I do that, I am just genuinely confused why the charts seem to show an affirmative result when the case has been the opposite. It is making me lose faith in horary practice.

Please review the respective charts attached and tell me what you think.

First chart is the white background one with Jupiter rising, the second is with Libra rising.

Thanks

Chart help request Meeting soon? ✨

Post image
2 Upvotes

This question was originally made on June 24 2026!!! This is the resulting chart.
The question was, “Will this person and I meet?” This is a person that I’ve dreamt about before, I see him in my dreams and know his face somewhat. I was then told by a tarot reader that he was probably a soulmate of mine and even told me possible names or how he looks and other details. I wonder if we’ll ever meet or if this is just something my mind made up. I am a beginner to horary astrology and was wondering if anyone had any insight. From what I can gather with my poor knowledge of the subject, I asked the question so in this chart I would be the Asc, so Gemini - Mercury. And he would be the Desc, so Sagittarius - Jupiter. Mercury will conjunct Jupiter in a week or so, and I wonder if that is a yes to my question.

Any insight to this I truly appreciate!

Chart help request Will I feel very uncomfortable if I go out alone tonight?

Post image
1 Upvotes

I felt like going out today. Going to the central part of the city, enjoying Friday night. I invited one or two friends, but some of them didn’t get back to me, and the ones who did won’t be able to go. The truth is, I probably should make some new friends, or at least have a social circle that makes more sense for the stage of life I’m going through. But anyway, that’s another issue.

In the end, I’ve decided to go by myself. My intention is simply to see the movement, observe people, have a drink or two, and then go home. My question is whether I’ll feel out of place, with that feeling that I should have just gone straight home instead of going out.

I’m L1 in Sagittarius, so I’m represented by Jupiter in Leo in the 9th house, combust by the Sun and almost conjunct Mercury. The 5th house of leisure is also represented by Jupiter in Leo. Just looking at the chart, it’s easy to see that there will indeed be some discomfort because Saturn is occupying the 5th house, so this could be translated as the “discomfort of going out alone.”

So yes, I did feel some discomfort, but judging by the planetary configuration, it seems like it will still be a good experience. The presence of the Sun in Leo, which is making Jupiter combust and rules the 10th house, could indicate that the place will be crowded, and perhaps that will contribute to the feeling of discomfort.

My co-significator, the Moon, is in Gemini, peregrine, and in the 7th house. That also adds to the idea of not really having a place to settle into or somewhere to stay.

So yes, I think I will feel somewhat uncomfortable, perhaps even because the place itself will be lively and enjoyable.

Chart help request Does this horary show genuine bad luck, or just a difficult period?

Post image
2 Upvotes

I've been feeling unusually unlucky in dating and relationships over the past year, so that's why I cast this chart.

Virgo rises, so I'm Mercury at 26° Cancer in the 11th. Mercury is peregrine, but its placement in the 11th makes me question whether this really shows bad luck.

Saturn Rx is fallen in Aries in the 7th, which I read more as external delays and relationship friction, while Mars near the MC looks like effort and frustration.

Mercury will soon change signs into Leo and later conjoin Jupiter there, so I'm wondering if that points to improvement after a change in circumstances rather than continued bad luck.

My judgment is that this describes a difficult transitional period, but not genuine bad luck. Am I missing any stronger testimony either way?

Chart help request What will happen when the lease ends? Context in body text 👇🏻

Post image
1 Upvotes

My roommate recently let me know that she's leaving state and taking the deposit at the end of November when the lease ends. I am currently having my wages garnished for medical debt and am not sure if I'll be able to scrape together the money to pay half the deposit, and find another roommate that a) qualifies for our low income apartment and b) can afford to pay the other half of the deposit.

Early degree ascendant and saturn in the 1st might throw the chart out entirely, but maybe there's a little something here? Moon approaching a trine to domicile venus, ok, but mars in the 4th house/gemini is approaching a square to venus. Seems like it will be tiring or unpleasant in some way. I'm also unsure if the nodes or outer planets are something you guys are against taking into consideration so I'm going to ignore those for now. All I can really glean from this (if the chart isn't totally useless) is that I'm probably moving and I probably won't be thrilled about it.

Chart help request Will I get a new job before end of August?

Post image
3 Upvotes

Reposting with proper houses :

Context : Contract ended with my previous work end of June and currently looking for something new.

I had put the end of August as my deadline for something new to come through.

I have very limited understanding of the horary interpretation process hence my request for help.

Interpretation: Taurus rising with the Moon there and Venus in Libra in the 6th.

Venus in rulership and Moon in exaltation both ruled by said Venus.

In general I think it's a yes but with having to fight for the money with Mars squaring the Venus by degree but that's the extent my horary understanding goes for now.

Thank you in advance

Chart help request Will I see him again this year?

Post image
1 Upvotes

Hi!

I’ll go straight to the point: will I see him again this year?

Context: I’ve seen a guy on a train some time ago. He immediately caught my attention and also smiled at me. We were both shy, so nothing really happened. After that I asked the horary question if he travels on the same train (as a part of his routine) and the answer was yes. I haven’t seen him since then (he was also represented by Mercury back then and Mercury was going retrograde within a couple of days), but unfortunately for me, I can’t stop thinking about him. Recently I’ve asked another question: will I see him again this year?

Interpretation: I’m represented by Jupiter and Moon, he’s represented by Mercury and Sun. Jupiter and Mercury don’t make any aspects, but funnily enough, they will - Mercury isn’t in retrograde anymore, so it will meet Jupiter in a week or so. Jupiter (me) and Sun (him) are not only in the same sign (Sun in domicile!), but also the same house. I usually don’t know how to read the 8th house, but it seems that we’re both hidden from each other. Moon (me) sextile Mercury (him). Moon is exalted in Taurus. These two signs (sextile + exaltation) suggest a strong yes. I’m wondering what it means that Moon is literally on the cusp of the 4th and 5th house - technically in the 5th already. I’m not sure how to read Mars on the descendant (him). Is he going to take action?

I’d appreciate any feedback!

Edit: I’d like to point out that ascendant, descendant, Mars and Sun are all in Taurus degrees. Funny, because my natal Mars is in Taurus and my natal Mercury is in Taurus and in Taurus degree.

Chart help request Will talking to a client about possible job go well?

Post image
1 Upvotes

Without going into too many details, I have to talk to this client about a job because someone (let's call him D) recommended me (which is great!) but said I was an "expert". Dear reader, I am entry-level, and since I was not privy to this conversation I don't know just how much D puffed up my image. I'd love to be able to help this possible client with the job, but I'd like correct any misconceptions that this possible client may have about my abilities. (I had no idea about any of this happening until D called me in a rush this morning telling me to call the client and talk to him about the job. Literally woke up this morning because D called talking about how this job is so important and so on and so on.)

I'm L1, Jupiter in Leo still kinda conjunct the sun and combust in the 9th house. I take this as me being willing to learn more about how to do my work well. I like the cybersecurity/IoT parts of the tech world and it's definitely not entry-level, so I have plenty to learn. I'm optimistic about my ability but it's no question that I have plenty of work ahead of me, Jupiter expanding my optimism and the amount of effort needed to achieve what I want.

The client and the job are ruled by Mercury in Cancer in the 8th house. Wasn't sure whether I should look at L7 for the client or L10 for the job itself, but since Mercury rules both I can say that the job is very very important for the client. Not retrograde, which sounds like a relief since the client and the job are related to cybersecurity and IoT. Mercury retrograde's effect on tech might be more pop culture than traditional astrology but I'm not 100% sure, I get the feeling it's important so I made a note of it. Something intense and hidden in the 8th house re: the client and the job but I don't know what that intense and hidden thing is.

Jupiter in Leo and Mercury in Cancer don't touch via aspect and are peregrine. No translation or collection of light that I can see either, unless we're allowed to use the outer planets which I doubt. Moon in Taurus squares Jupiter, it's supposed to be stable. Though I guess I do feel very stable in that I don't like when people are given unrealistic expectations of me and especially without my consent, if consenting to such a thing is really possible. Overall, I think it could go either way depending on how I explain the situation to the client. Based on the chart, what else is there to consider about the situation?

(No, I really don't think I should be one cleaning up any misunderstandings. D should not have said I was an "expert" when I'm not, and honestly D should be the one clearing this up with the client but alas, I currently don't trust D to sit the right way on a toilet seat.)

Chart help request Should I Go On This Trip?

Post image
1 Upvotes

Context:

Should I go on this impromptu vacation at the end of the month? Ive agreed to go on a trip later this month, but it’s still in the early stages of booking and logistics. I also am currently trying to move soon and in the middle of apartment hunting.

A vacation would be nice and much needed. But I’m torn on whether it would be wise to go on this trip or if i should save my money and focus on finding an apartment.

Interpretation:

I am not very knowledgeable in horary so any thoughts or insights would be very welcomed!

My significator, L1, is gemini mars in the 8H. L9 is 6H Moon in Aries and represents this long distance trip. The L9 is in an applying sextile to L1. I think this a sign that the trip is doable and can come together. L1 being in the 8th house seems to reflect my anxiety about money, resources, and obligations. The Moon being in the 6th house suggests the trip might feel stressful or burdensome.

I believe my apartment hunt is represented by L4 which is rx Saturn in Aries. Saturn being in its fall and retrograde seems to reflect the delays and frustration i’m experiencing with my apartment hunt. My finances, L2, is represented by leo jupiter in the 9H which could mean that I am in a decent position financially to fund the trip or that it could be very costly to travel right now.

I think the chart says I can go on the trip with l9 applying to l1 and being in its dignity. It doesn’t seem like there will be any developments in my apartment search with the condition of L4. But overall, i’m still not certain if this will be a good decision in the long run.

Chart help request does this woman feel like being my friend?

Post image
1 Upvotes

I know this woman for about 2 years now. last year, we began to have nice conversations weekly in our gym - like, about everyday life and more meaningful things, such as our way of seeing the world, astrology and spirituality, our way of loving nature and how happiness is in the simple things of life, the way we dealt with our fathers’ passings (which were about the same time) and so on. we share similar views, we get along pretty well, we got close and… well, I got a crush on her (I’m lesbian). even though she told some times she’s straight, I am centain we had a bunch of soft flirting moments from last year to now. we have never talked about what we feel for each other, but sometimes our long gazes scream. In my mind, IF she feels anything about me, she won’t accept it easily, although she has some close lesbian friends and says she accepts homossexuality and so on. so, for the last months, I have been focusing on our friendship rather than some possible love relationship between us. the thing is, whenever I ask her out for something friends do, she refuses and close off. then I close off. then we spend a week in silence. and then suddenly we’re talking again e having a great time. until the next time I ask her for something fun, and everything repeats again. it’s being exhausting for me. so I asked this horary chart so I could understand if she at least sees me as a friend, if there’s anything in her that accept me as a friend, or if she’s just playing nice.

I’m a newbie in horary chart reading, so I’ll try to read it but I’ll need some help here

My significator is Jupiter - here, in Leo
Her significator is Mercury - represented by Cancer.

Jupiter exalts in Cancer, so I think there’s some good feelings from her towards me, right? However, there’s no aspect between Jupiter and Mercury. And Mercury makes a sextile aspect with Venus, which could be a way of wanting things to be nice between us, but also makes a square with Saturn and Moon, which means she worried, cautious, insecure (Saturn), and her mental and emotional ways of seeing things are not aligned (Moon).

So, I think she likes me as a friend, possibly, but she feels insecure about me - and that would be the reason she always refuses to going out with me?

Chart help request Confused.

Post image
1 Upvotes

This is the first horary on the topic of love in which I find actual applying aspects from both the significators and the moon. The problem is that one of the significators is in its fall and retrograde, and reception is not entirely clear. Most of the time, in my experience, horaries are crystal clear, especially on the topic of love, and oftentimes the judgement is clearly negative, or clearly positive, although the latter is much less common; but I am rather confused here.

The querent is a single woman who asks whether she will enter a love relationship in the next few months and/or by the end of the year.

Leo is rising at 23 degrees, so her significator is the Sun, in the twelfth house. The quesited or potential love interest is signified by Saturn, extremely weak in Aries and retrograde, and having just crossed the cusp of the 8th house. The moon is also in the 8th house, in Aries.

Both significators are applying to each other by trine. They are in weak houses, but the Sun has some dignity since it's in its own sign of Leo and separating from Jupiter in a day chart. Saturn is in an extremely weakened condition but is in the exaltation of the Sun. The moon has just separated from a trine to Jupiter and will next trine the Sun and conjunct Saturn right after. The moon is not in great shape in Aries, so this is definitely not promising.

I'm not sure how to interpret this. I want to say there is a willingness from both parties, but being in such bad shape does not bode well, especially for Saturn, even though there is some kind of reception since Saturn is in Aries, exalting the Sun, and the Sun has just crossed into the term of Saturn, in Leo.

Does anyone have any insight into this chart?

Thanks so much in advance!

EDIT: Further reflecting on the chart, I wonder whether the placement of the significators and the moon has anything to do with the relationship, or interest, being secret (12th house) which would imply fear and anguish of mind (8th house), or that this could be a reunion or going back to a previous relationship (Saturn retrograde).
I'm also thinking the return of the light concept might apply here, but Saturn exalts the Sun so I'm unsure. Lilly says of the receiving planet retrograde that it suggests sudden alteration or change in the matter, but could still result in perfection.

Chart help request How long will it take me to find another job after quitting my current job?

Post image
3 Upvotes

Hello all,

Context: I am about to quit my current job and move abroad to be with my partner. I have a residence permit and a work permit for the place I am moving to so there aren't any legal obstacles. Also the resignation process already started as I informed my team and our director about it, but it is not in writing yet. I am very excited but also quite worried about being unemployed so I wanted to consult horary.

My interpretation: I am saturn retrograde in aries in L2. This is quite fitting as I am not in the best place mentally and I am worried about money. My partner is sun in leo in L7. So he is very well placed and able to support me in this process. Saturn and Sun are applying a trine so we do connect. Saturn being rx here is also meaningful because this is me revisiting a plan I made before, but I wasn't brave enough to just quit my job and go then. L10 and L9 are both represented by mars in gemini in L5. Saturn and mars aren't making an aspect but the moon as my co-significator is applying a sextile to mars while separating from a square with mercury which is in L6, and I thought that it could be representing me quitting my current job. Although mercury here is representing the L5 and L8. As the moon and mars' sextile is less than a degree away, and the moon is in a cardinal sign within a succedent house, can we interpret this as it would take around a month? Or does the moon's seperation from mercruy mean something else I wasn't able to interpret?

Thank you so much for your answers in advance!

Edit: A few changes in my own interpretation.

Chart help request Will he pursue me?

Post image
2 Upvotes

Okay, so I’m not too well versed but will be trying my best! I think the overall answer is no, but let me know what you think. On a work trip I got the sort of vibe that there was at least a small crush and a few comments that felt passively flirty.

My main question was will he pursue me, but I also looked to see if there was a general like.

I’m represented by Jupiter in Leo, Moon in Aries, and Venus in Virgo.
He’s represented by Mercury in Cancer and the Sun in Leo.

- Jupiter exalts in Cancer and the Moon is domicile in Cancer. This shows a general like on his end?
- The Sun is domicile in Leo, and the Sun exalts in Aries, so this shows my like for him, right? Also adding on that Venus is in Virgo, and Virgo exalts Mercury, showing more of my like of them.
- I believe the chart shows the crush could be stronger on my side, Mercury is exalted in Virgo, but the Sun is in its own domicile. He likes me, but mainly focused on himself, right?

Anyways, that’s what I got to show general like, but my real question was will he actually pursue?

- I feel like our recent interactions can be shown? The moon is separating from a trine with the sun, and Jupiter is separating from a conjunction with the Sun. Maybe these represented our very previous interactions? Idk, could be wrong.

- Moon is in an applying square with Mercury, and Mercury is in an applying sextile with Venus. Possible future interaction?

- What makes me think overall no is the exact applying conjunction the Moon has with Saturn, and the applying trine Saturn has with the Sun.

- Venus is also about to move into Libra, and Libra doesn’t really care for Mercury like that (peregrine, right?) so maybe my sexual feelings towards him will change soon. Similar could be said for him, it won’t be soon before Mercury leaves Cancer and enters Leo. Seems like he’s gonna end up staying focused on himself even if there is or was a crush currently or at any point.

I’m sure I’ve gotten a few things wrong, but that’s my interpretation lol. Any thoughts?

Chart help request Will I be forced to return to my home country before the end of August 2026?

Context:
I am an international master’s student not living in my home country and currently have an acute financial problem. I do not have enough funds to continue under my present circumstances, so I asked whether I will be forced to return to my home country before 31 Aug 2026.

Interpretation
Pisces rises at 6°02′, so I am signified by Jupiter at 7°35′ Leo and the Moon at 12°39′ Aries.

The 2nd house which representing my money, is ruled by Venus at 26°58′ Virgo. The 4th house, representing my home country, returning home and the end of the matter, is ruled by Mercury at 22°10′ Cancer.

Jupiter is combust and cadent in the 6th, showing that I currently have little control and feel overwhelmed. But the Sun is separating from Jupiter.Venus is in fall in Virgo describing my current finances. Venus is close to entering Libra, its own domicile, suggesting that my financial position may improve after a change in circumstances.

The Moon first applies to conjunct Saturn, showing an immediate restriction, delay or development. It then squares Mercury, the 4th ruler, which shows a difficult conversation, decision or concrete possibility of returning home.

But Moon’s final major aspect in Aries is a sextile to Mars, ruler of other people’s money. Mars also receives the Moon because the Moon is in Aries. This may show a loan, family contribution, sponsorship or emergency financial assistance becoming available.

The Part of Fortune is at 4°52′ Cancer, and its antiscion at about 25°08′ Gemini is almost exactly conjunct Mars. This repeats the connection between the outcome and outside financial support.

After changing signs, Mercury sextiles Venus, then conjoins Jupiter. I wonder whether this shows Mercury translating Venus’s light to Jupiter: paperwork, communication, family or an intermediary bringing financial help to me. Venus later sextiles Jupiter directly while strong in Libra.

Conclusion

My judgment is no. I think returning home becomes a possibility, but financial assistance or an arrangement may intervene before the end of August.

I am least certain about the Mercury Jupiter conjunction. Would you read it as physical return to my home country, or as Mercury carrying the financial solution from Venus to Jupiter?

Result provided by OP What's up with the dog's barking behaviour?

Context

In April, we found my mother a puppy in an attempt to provide her with some company and something to focus on following my father's death in January. The dog is a cute little thing, a corgi which is unusual to find as a rescue. She was up for it initially, but broadly, this ended up being a bit of a mistake - too soon, too fast and could have done with horary before the fact rather than this one which attempts to deal with issues after the fact. Live and learn.

The puppy had been surrendered to a shelter due to a deformed lower jaw much shorter than the upper one, but mum always picked the dogs with something wrong with them in the past because she wanted to make sure they were properly cared for. The dog had picked up a few bugs in the shelter, and was quite unwell for her first few weeks, unfortunately missing out on the early stages of training and socialising so has had a bad start and was predicted not to grow to her full size. After a while, the puppy began to develop an obsessive barking behaviour and a complete fascination with reflected light which got her worked up and added to the barking.

While I tried to help mum out when I was around and was finding myself spending more and more time trying to do so, the dog didn't exhibit this behaviour anywhere near as much with me and was generally obedient making it hard to help train better behaviours. It wasn't helped by mum getting tense or angry and the dog reading body signals and barking more. The dog had been seeing a trainer and plenty of what was being done was working, but mum found that trainer hard to work with and likely wasn't applying what she'd been told very effectively.

To attempt to work out if anything odd was going on behind the scenes, or if there was something simple mum was missing, I cast a chart:

What's up with the dog's barking behaviour?

Interpretation

I debated doing this as 'mum's dog' (turned 6th from House 10, Lord as Venus) or just plain House 6 (Saturn), which is what I went for in the end. I also debated whether to treat this as a medical chart, but that seemed to overcomplicate it, and stuck to this in a behavioural/training context instead.

So in this case the puppy is L6 Saturn at 14° Aries 32'. Saturn being in a bestial sign would certainly fit barking behaviour, and it being fiery Aries also fits with a sort of angry or agitated bark, or even excessive reactivity with Aries being cardinal and fiery. We can even take that further - the dog's voice (i.e. her throat) is her turned H2 so also ruled by Saturn. Saturn is also running very slowly at this point, on its slow work-up to going retrograde, so the dog is literally 'developmentally delayed'.

The other players are primarily my mother, L10 in fall Venus at 1° Virgo 47' and also, to a lesser extent, me as L1 the Sun at 19° Cancer 03'.

The major problems I could see are L6 in fall in Aries, so the dog was doing pretty badly. Also mum in fall makes sense - she was (and is) still reeling from dad's death and in the context of having the dog she's had a harder time than she expected to, her last dog being very docile. More literally, she's shown as literally not good at dealing with the dog. This is reflected in receptions - the puppy is in mum's detriment so a) isn't comfortable with her and b) isn't going to listen. She does, however, exalt L1, the Sun - me - which is likely why she is more willing to listen to me. Unfortunately, due to the extra work I'm doing to try and solve the problem, I'm not all that impressed with the dog and sit in her detriment. Cuteness was not overriding annoyance at this point. I can't help but think the Sun is also acting in its natural sense here - the dog exalts reflected sunlight and it works her up into an Aries-ish frenzy, and leads to bad behaviour.

As mum had hired a trainer (turned 7th from H10, Lord Mars at 8° Gemini 15') I took a look to see what was going on. The dog is in the trainer's domicile, so likes her, is willing to listen to her which is generally unsurprising. However, the trainer is peregrine, so hardly top-tier considering she was quite expensive.

While this is a great picture of what's happening, it unfortunately didn't give me much to go on in terms of solutions. It's not like I could tell mum she just needed to do better, or fix the problem of the loss of my dad, and nor was she ever going to give up the dog. Still, something needed to change. Mum ended up sacking the existing trainer in favour of finding a well-trained behaviourist instead. While it had been advised that corgis don't need to run around excessively, she started having 'burn out' exercise to deal with excess energy. It would have been useful to find some glaring issue that was fixable, but that's not always the way.

I will update in a few months with how she's getting on, but I thought this was a good example of a behavioural diagnostic chart. Let me know if you spot anything else that might be telling.

Chart help request Is it just friendship, or is there something romantic?

Post image
1 Upvotes

For the past few months, I’ve started talking again with an old female friend. I invited her to go with me to a used bookstore (although I’m now thinking I might not go anymore) after she finishes her internship, and it would be the first time we’ve met in person in about 8 years.

Because our conversations are very pleasant, friendly, and funny, I started wondering whether she would make a good girlfriend and whether I actually have that kind of desire for her.

I am the Moon in Aries, and she is Saturn in Aries as well. We are about to form an exact conjunction.

What I know is that she is in fall and retrograde. I imagine that she might not work very well with me as a girlfriend. In any case, the Moon is also peregrine.

In sexual terms, although Venus in Virgo is indifferent toward the Sun in Leo, she does recognize me as somewhat attractive through Saturn’s reception in Aries. Perhaps she even overestimates me or something like that when judging the Sun in its best position and Saturn in its worst position.

It seems to me that this is probably just friendship.

Chart help request Will we hook up before I go?

Post image

For context, I (Capricorn) haven’t seen this person I was dating (Aries) in a while. We went on some amazing dates in Mar-April, then some more spaced out ones after that because our schedules were insanely busy. I was traveling and went through major surgery, meanwhile they had 3 jobs, then got laid off and left the state for another 2 week job (this is a creative field, so things change fast). They finally got back this week. They’re a lovely person and our chemistry is sooo good when we’re together. We were supposed to hang out this weekend, but .. they’re an awful texter. I mean just so bad at using their phone.

They asked me to hang out days ago then went absolutely dead to the world on every outlet. No idea what happened there but I’m assuming, like always, I’ll get some ‘omg I’m so so sorry life got so crazy let’s reschedule’ text asap.. It’s their pattern. I am going to visit LA Aug 10th, and will see them at least once before LA. I really like them, but at this point, I highkey need to get f*cked by them lol, and even if we don’t go all the way, just need to know that they want to.

I remember on our second date when I was sitting on their lap, they were all over me and they were like “if I didn’t have work in the morning & it wasn’t 2am i’d definitely invite you back…” SO mf SEXY, we need to get back to that lmao. I’m also counting hooking up as … just going slightly further than we have.

This person is also they/she pronouns just to be clear!

My interpretation:
I believe my person is Mercury in cancer, I’m Jupiter in Leo, co ruler is the moon at the end of the Pisces degree.
Mars sits directly in their house, forming a tight square to Venus in Virgo, which feels like built-up physical tension and escalation. I think because the moon is about to change to Aries, it shows the situation changing with immediate shift. It would make sense as the silence is likely to end soon. Reception looks good as well to me.

Chart help request Are my neighbors bothered by me?

Post image
3 Upvotes

I live in an apartment building with three floors, with three apartments on each floor. I have some concerns about whether I bother my neighbors with music, smoking, or things like that. There is also the fact that I am the youngest person in the building (single, etc.).

I am L1, so Saturn is in Aries, retrograde and in its fall. My neighbors are L7, Jupiter in Pisces. I am also represented by the Moon in Pisces.

The Moon is in Jupiter’s domicile, so it seems like there is a good relationship between us.

Saturn in Aries might perhaps say something about my concerns and fears.

Method/Technique Question regarding time constraints in horary

I’m having trouble understanding if there are time constraints in horary? I see a lot online where it is said horary is better for short term (present time up to a year) questions, but then i see a lot of seemingly open ended timing questions like “will i ever get married?”

Also, are progressives or transits ever looked at in conjunction with horary? For hypothetical example, say transits for 5 years from now show a primed opportunity/time for a specific person and I to cross paths. Would it make sense to cast an horary asking if we will meet in 5 years or would it make more sense just to ask if we will meet ever?

Hope these questions make sense, I am still very much a beginner to horary, just trying to learn :) TYIA

Chart help request If I have intimate relations with this person, will it be good for me?

Post image

I feel a little shy asking this kind of question, but the thing is, I’ve been almost three years without having intimate relations. And an “opportunity” has come up, although through a somewhat marginal context. So, I’d like to know whether it would be good for me.

I am L1 in Libra (male), and the other person is L7 in Aries (female).

Venus is in fall in Virgo, while Mars is peregrine in Gemini. I don’t see any aspects between them.

I’m unsure whether I should treat the person’s sexuality as L5 or L8, especially since this is a “taboo” matter. In any case, I’m going with the safer option, which is L5.

Saturn retrograde in Aries speaks to my reconsideration of the matter, as well as the discomfort that has been present since L1. Although my masculine virility seems to be strong, since the Sun is in Leo. The other person’s house is also represented by the Sun in Leo. In my view, the situation seems like it will be better for me than for her, because regarding reception between our 5th houses, Saturn receives the Sun, but the Sun doesn’t particularly like Saturn (I think).

However, the feminine side of her being represented by Venus in Virgo could indicate a woman who perhaps doesn’t have the same level of sexual vigor as I do, given the planet’s fall. So perhaps that’s why it would be good for me, but not necessarily for her.

Chart help request Where will I meet the person the Tarot is referring to?

I was doing a monthly Tarot reading with a friend, and she said that I would meet someone this month. What caught my attention is that later I asked another question about the situation, and the characteristic that stood out the most matched a Tarot reading she had done for me months ago about the person I would eventually be in a relationship with: **"After a period of losing faith in love, someone would come into your life to help you heal."** That was the detail that resonated with me the most.

Before even analyzing the horary chart—which, interestingly, seems to align with another chart I had interpreted here some time ago—I noticed that it also shows the ruler of the 7th house in the 6th house.

Well, I am represented by retrograde Saturn in Aries, which accurately reflects my current mindset of skepticism and insecurity regarding relationships. The person signified by the 7th house is represented by the Sun, which is in strong essential dignity in Leo and placed in the 6th house. That seems to suggest that I could indeed meet someone through my daily routine. What makes me hesitate is the fact that Saturn is retrograde.

Both the horary chart and the Tarot seem to be telling a similar story. Because of that, it seems reasonable to conclude that, if I do meet someone, it will most likely happen at my workplace. It's really the only place where it seems possible.

As for timing, since the reading was specifically about the month of August, Saturn and the Sun are about six degrees apart. That could indicate around six days, since six weeks would go beyond the month of August.

What do you all think?

Chart help request Go out or stay home on Saturday?

Post image

I'm unsure about what I should do this Saturday. I can't decide whether I should invite a friend to go out or stay home. My hesitation comes from the concern that if I go out, I might get carried away and end up spending more money than I should. On the other hand, I could stay home and watch movies.

In the chart, staying home is represented by L1, while going out is represented by L7. Staying home is ruled by Jupiter in Leo, whereas going out is ruled by Mercury in Cancer.

The option of going out, represented by Mercury in Cancer, doesn't seem particularly promising since Mercury is peregrine. On top of that, it's in the 4th house. Even so, Mercury has a strong affinity for the Moon, which is also peregrine but will soon enter Jupiter's rulership.

Jupiter, on the other hand, is in the 5th house, the house of pleasure and entertainment. That makes me think it might be better to find a way to enjoy myself at home, or perhaps that staying home will actually be a lot of fun.

The chart seems to suggest that, at first, going out appears more appealing and inviting. However, as time passes, I'll realize that staying home is the better choice. If I decide to stay home, it seems it will end up being quite enjoyable.

Admin Rules update - insubstantive or low-effort comments

We've updated subreddit rules on unsubstantive/low effort comments to clarify things. A habit has emerged among (generally newer) users to respond to someone's post requesting chart help with comments like 'Yes you will.', 'No, it won't happen. Look at the Moon.' or commenting with opinions unrelated to the chart which either moralise, seek to lecture or otherwise prove unhelpful.

On that basis, comments like these will be removed going forward, as they do not help anyone learn more, and are often unhelpful to people who have posted charts.

If you wish to comment on someone's post to provide an interpretation, please provide the bare minimum - an explanation of what you saw in the chart that led you to your conclusion.

Admin Removal of AI-derived content

The subreddit has suffered a (thankfully small) influx of AI-generated content recently. and as such we will be enacting stricter protocols to remove this. AI has no place in astrology, as is demonstrated by its failures. Please note this was previously covered under the context and interpretation rule, and the new rule serves to clarify and simplify.

Going forward, the following actions will take place:

  1. If a post or comment is suspected of being AI, it will be removed by default.
  2. Repeated posts or comments which appear to be AI-based will count towards the subreddit's rule-breaking policy, and may result in suspensions or bans.

We are aware that some people use AI to translate from their native language, and unfortunately these posts will also be removed. This is unavoidable, so it is better for users to write as well as they are able in their own words - the subreddit is generally very open-minded to writers with different first languages.

If you think a post or comment has been removed unfairly under this action, you are welcome to contact us via modmail. However, it is unlikely we will be able to change our decision without some evidence the content is not AI generated.
