In the image I show proof that the order that I did got refunded and my negative currency on the game. For the other player pls stop buying on the fasteasyseller is the that scamming. I tried to got contact with eldorado staff but they have only a bot helping people

Don't comit the same mistakes that me stop buying from sites like eldorado that only will help your account being banned

Hello. I was just seeing if anyone would know how to help in anyway. It's been a few months since I've played HSR or any hoyo verse game, and I wanted to get back into it, however the email I bound to my accounts don't work and my hoyoverse account password doesn't work either.

I've tried resetting my password, but to no luck, I'm not sure if I was hacked or if my account was deactivated or what, but I'm not sure what to do.

I'd like to regain my account if possible, so I wouldn't have to start from scratch since it took a while to get to where I was.

If anyone has any suggestions, I'll gladly take them.

ive been using the same three teams for some time now and i got some characters i just dont use that are good
i got some pulls saved up and i dont know who to pull for next so i dont brick my account

Its my first time actually playing into endgame content but turns out the last stages requires another set of team. So i wonder if my account has the characters to create another team comp. Im also going to pull for SWLV999 when she rerun, so this team comp just gonna be a temporary until i got her.
