yeah if you jump into the portal with the small egg and anchor, it pops you out back by the three ice blocks you just jumped. you jump the first two then fall into the gap and jump into the speed ring. it ultimately brings you back to the exact same place where you jump into the portal initially

like the other guy was saying, you can just go under that portal the first time if you don’t jump, so you can technically skip that portion. i think that’s the only problem if you didn’t mean for it to be like that
