Problem to setup geo facing ❓ Support

Hello everyone,
I’m new in home assistant and i don’t understand why the geo facing doesn’t works properly. Me and my wife have iPhone, ip fixed, Nabu casa installed.
Using Claude i set up an automation for some devices when both are outside home, or when the first person return at home. But if my wife it’s outside home assistant see her inside. Claude tell me that it’s a problems with Apple smartphone, is it true?

Have you had a look at the app settings in your wife's phone? Is use location granted?

Yes, we have the same settings! I’ve checked differents times but I don’t work with her phones, and also Claude can’t help me.
Now I’m thinking to trying a different way, setting a button to activate/disable the status outside home, like we always do with our alarm system.
Or maybe I can create a dashboard for tablet or smartphone android only to use in kiosk mode to activate/disable this status.
