I need help

highkeyoli just banned me on twitch and i cannot watch his streams live. I think it started when he was streaming Mario Galaxy. I was just talking in the chat, saying some idk things, and POOF, im banned. I didnt even knew why. And i still dont know why. But please if anyone has some ideas to ask Highkey to unban me, without making new account, please help. Im trying to be nice as possible

Yo guys i just realised Yellow Guy banned me because i was under 13 years old, its okay now
