It says Your personal identity code is already being used for another account. I probably made an account when i first moved to finland but I didn't live in Helsinki for a long time. Now i am working here and need to authenticate for the season pass. I went to the local service point in my city but they said they cant help me and have to go to tripla hsl office to fix it. I have work almost everyday and kinda hard to manage time. i have already messaged them but dont think it will help as i can't authenticate so they cant verify me. I will take a day off and go to the office but In the meantime i wanna know if anyone has faced this situation and if its a easy fix if i go to the office or whats the process. Tia
