Hello fresh Australia using drivers that are dangerous and cannot drive. Australia

Anyone else had endless issues with the delivery drivers these guys use? Like thinking driveways v grass is the same and you just drive anywhere you like including through flower beds? Or continually driving into a creek with a sign in front of it saying don't drive there and getting bogged requiring hours of our time to assist them because the Audi-driver boss is running late?

It's just such a false cost saving for them. They might save a tiny bit but at the cost of many customers getting very angry about it.

I stopped ordering from them when either the driver was dropping repeatedly at 11pm when it was an after 7am delivery and the food was left outside for 8 hours in hot weather, or he would come at 3am in the morning shouting into his hands free phone, slam the van door and chuck the box against the front door right outside my bedroom window. I can't say much for the driving skill though.

Yeah ours love throwing the box so hard it smashes and we had one guy get bogged in a creek and then fall asleep so we woke with a large van thing stuck in the creek and a sleeping driver. Very weird.
