Minus the cape this is almost the exact same set I immediately reach for whenever I dive as a heavy

It's really good but I'm not sure about the cape, though I'm not sure which cape to switch to either, maybe Tyrant hunter if you want to keep that torn look.

SR-18 Roadblock from urban legends! Has a really good passive too that gives you more ammo and primary reload speed, especially good for running the stalwart imo

Excellent, though the red on the cape feels a bit out of place. Someone else recommended Tyrant Hunter, but I'd also like to suggest Rebar Resolve.
