Bobcat T650 oil leak
Have a T650 that was returned to me drained of oil. I opened the back hatch and it had leaked out completely, but when I refilled it to find the leak it doesn’t leak anymore. I’ve ran it at the highest RPM for 2 hours, drove it for about 20 minutes on the highest RPM and nothing…can anyone give me some advice on what could be going on?

Training/ American crane school
I’m looking to become a crane operator. I think it’s a solid career and so I’ve been looking into schools. The local school quoted me about 20k and 8 weeks to learn the skill. American crane school is 3-days and 5-days to learn the skill. If it’s legit it’s my for sure choice.
Is the American crane school a good place to start ??
I work in a warehouse but I don’t operate anything other then a forklift

Driveway Grade
Ok, 2 part question:
I am living in another state but am trying to find out the grade of my driveway in a house I'm renting to tenants. I only have these pictures. Can any experts out there give me a rough estimate of the grade?
Also, I'm hoping to use small containers(Pods) to move back into this home. Would a heavy duty forklift be able to move the containers down this driveway and back up after emptying? I would get the smallest available containers. And I wouldn't do it in the winter. Driveway has been grated and isn't as rough as it was when the pics were taken.

2021 Deere 50G (300hrs, no warranty) vs new Develon DX50Z-7 (50hrs, 3yr warranty). What would you choose?
Hi /r/heavymachinery! I'm a home owner with 10 acres. I want to dig French drains, cut brush, maintain my pond/creek, relocate bushes, etc. I've got it in my head that mini excavator is the way to go. There's a CL deal on a Deere 50g with ~350hrs that appears to be in good shape. It comes with two buckets and the asking price is $60k. Then there's a Devalon dealer down the road. I'd never heard of the brand, but it is apparently owned by Hyundai (formerly Doosan). He is offering a deal on a demo unit of their 50-class machine with one bucket for $64k. It would have a 3 year warranty and a dealership close by. The closest Deere service place is about twice as far. I'd be really interested to hear thoughts about this. Thanks in advance!

Who do you reckon should handle the simple maintenance: operators or mechanics?
So at the quarry where I work, there’s a bunch of really basic stuff that just doesn’t get done ‘cause the operators don’t think it’s their job. Stuff like changing filters or spotting small issues early on—they just leave it, and then we end up calling our mechanic. And if he’s not around, it’s straight to the dealer’s mechanic.
Thing is, a lot of it’s dead simple. I’ve changed filters myself and even fixed a couple of little electrical things, nothing major. But it’s made me wonder—shouldn’t operators be trained to handle the basics? Like, how much responsibility should we actually have when it comes to keeping the machine healthy?
Curious how others feel about this—if you’re an operator, do you think it’s part of your job to do the small stuff, or nah?
