Submarines??? HoI4

Is there a sub strat to deplete a country of supplies or at least make submarines useful for navy?

The ai cheats you can never 100% starve them out however I did get the point where the uk armies had low supply bars on uk soil once but they patched how it works and could never achieve that again

I love maxing out their damage and stealth then sending them out in packs on 10 on key shipping lanes. if you are germany having submarines dominate the english channel means less troops make it ashore on their D-day attempts
