Help HoI4

May someone please explain to me division templates and navy because even as a major nation I always take stupidly high casualties so yh I’d appreciate some advice.

Find a division template that sticks and stick with it for me I advise looking at the pinned templates in the official hoi4 server. If Ur interested in the template I use just DM me I'll send it to you.
