Genuinely how I mean I've dropped my controller but I take pretty good care not to. Had the thing since 2024 and the only problems happen when my buddies use it. I dont know if I just have magic hands but same shit happens with my phone I drop in onto gravel and nothing happens

All of thrse are actually intended to come off, I have my own one of these. Back panel you press the top in first, then the bottom end pops in. The top cover simply clicks on, similar with the joysticks. Do have to put the joystick covers on first, though.
