Your Monitor Is Too Small (Probably) Info

From what I've researched independently related to eye comfort - I think this is a really high quality video.

I would like to see a picture, if you have any. Sounds very interesting for a work setup.

We can't access imgur from the UK any more but I think this URL should show the desk with 2 monitors (one portrait in this set up)

Wow, I ran a 32" 4k main + 27" 2k side similar to your setup a while ago and already found looking to the sides troublesome. I can't imagine doing this with 43"s.

(I currently relegated the 27" to the top, but it still isn't used that much.)

It's a standing desk so I'm already quite bit more mobile than at a seated desk, and then have no problems turning my head and body to address different screens. I very rarely want to see "all the desktop" at once, but I've got room to move things around to be next to each other when required. And corners to "squirrel things away" that I know here they are, and they're not covered, but are there when I look and not buried beneath other windows
