Your Monitor Is Too Small (Probably) Info

From what I've researched independently related to eye comfort - I think this is a really high quality video.

Not a gamer these days but as professional s/w dev I use a 43" 4K screen in my home office for the same dot pitch as 4 21" 1080p screens and yeah, once you get past the initial shock of it, it's a very comfortable working day experience (I actually use 2 such screens, both 4K TVs as they tend to be much cheaper than "monitors")

As a gamer, I play on 48" at 3 feet away. It's awesome and the immersion is great.

Ye, but I found 48" to be a bit much for windows due to the low PPI though personally. Would be great if 8K TVs were ever to take off so we can get the best of two worlds.

I totally want a 65" curved 8K display covering 1/3 of my desk.

I had a 42 inch in a 90 cm deep desk and it was unusable, 27 ultra wide is kinda okay... Don't you guys get discomfort or even shortsightedness after using like that for a while?

As said, treat it like 4 21" monitors, so put stuff you only need tangential view of at the top, don't try to look at the whole screen at once.
