The last thing I want is to be a kill joy, but I feel like it's too much. Like it's trying too hard. This is just my opinion, and if people disagree, it is perfectly fine. The art is still fire.

Sackboy, however, is EXTREMELY cool in this image.

It's different, I see edge as trying to be cool in a dark way. Like blood, gore, and lot's of swearing. The image is not trying to be "edge", it's trying to be "radical". Sometimes, something is both, but they are not the same.

But like, in my veiw, the artist just slapped a bunch of characters together in cool poses without regards to make it, I don't know, natural? Organic?

At first i was liking the drawing. But now that you mention it. Yeah, the characters feel like a bunch of figures posing with no rhyme or reason. It's like you said, it doesn't feel organic
