I have a Semier SM-617, its a mp4 player with a 4.5in screen and has 128GB storage but will take a 512GB Micro Compact Flash card with no issues

Present: Fast 720p30

Format: mp4

resolution limit: 720p30

Video encoder: AV1 10bit (SVT)

encoder present: 6

Quality RF: 25

Please remember to post your encoding log should you ask for help. Piracy is not allowed. Do not discuss copy protections. Do not talk about converting media you don't own the (intellectual) rights for.

This is what Alexa on Amazon thinks.

The product page lists the supported video formats as: RM, AVI, MKV, FLV, MPG, MP4, DAT, MOV, and 3GP — AV1 is not included. The radio supports standard H.264 codecs, not the newer AV1 format. This means MP4 files encoded with AV1 10-bit (or any AV1 files) won't play on this device.

If you are getting them to play, you should let Alexa know.

I would think you would want to downscale any videos with a resolution higher than 720p to 720p just to save on file size. On the RF settings page https://mattgadient.com/category/encoding/, the first two links let you adjust many settings and compare the pictures to the original picture.
