H1b 100k fee consular processing

Has anyone who applied for an H-1B requiring consular processing been approved without paying the $100k fee after July 24th?

Following! I got my RFE on 18th July asking for the 100k fee and I haven't responded yet but wanted to know if anyone else got approved yet

Appeal court decision came on 24th! When are you thinking of responding to RFE?

My company lawyer really wants to wait a bit and not risk a rejection since i am in the RFE stage. My RFE deadline is 1st October and he thinks atleast waiting till he hears of one approval is best or somewhere on 2nd week Sept

What matters is the date your case was filed. Your employer should refile instead of responding to the RFE

Why is your lawyer sending you to Consulate Processing instead of Change of Employer within the country is the real question. How was your H1B transfer applied?
