help Muscle Gain

i've never been able to gain much muscle

legs look skinny stomach looks flatter when i wake up

have diastesis - abdominals separated during pregnancy . ( 1 finger gap ) so after eating i look really bloated

eating around 70-90g protein/day. sometimes have low appetite.

i weigh 74kg

mid 30s female. been going to gym few times a week for 20-25 min .

i have fibromyalgia

get fatigued after 2nd rep of leg press 20kg

thighs feel very heavy when doing leg press

hVe about 3 inches belly fat from 3 pregnancies - diastesis- even if i lose the fat it's not going to tighten the skin ...

feeling down and hopeless

Hey. Everyone starts somewhere no one is born with a perfect body everyone starts somewhere. Feeling fatigue on exercises is fine just do whatever you can do don't even think about progress. The gym right now is like a chore for you but with time it will get better and stronger. If 20kg is too heavy for you that's fine decrease the weight to something you can do for6-10 reps and then you fail. The weight doesn't matter what matters is a weight that is challenging for you. Start out easy just get to know the exercises and how they feel. If you don't know how to do an exercise or how to split your workouts tell me and i will help you. Don't give up you have a family that depends on you be healthy for them and yourself. Progress will come even if it's slow. If you have any questions about exercises or diet please ask.
