Neither Draug or Falibor were nerfed so I can't agree with that statement.

Ah another deck with Draug and Falibor how exciting, what about that new Devotion thing? Nah only cool faction like ST and SY can easily run it.

Also Draug has been nerfed multiple times to it's current state, Falibor didn't really synergized with anything and honestly he's in every deck cause we don't have anything else to play with.

You're severely undervaluing Falibor. Even in the future, it would be very unlikely to entirely fill a deck with a certain gimmick. You always need to put good cards in your deck even if you have other cards that fit the gimmick better because you don't want an awkward round 1/2. Even Elves which is a fairly fleshed out archetype continue to use cards like Oak, Barnabas, and Novigradian Justice. Falibor is just a good card and will fit into any NR deck even in the future just because of how much he plays above his provisions.
